WORKSHOPS:

 

10:00 - 11:30am        Sensual Pole Choreography

                                            In this workshop you will learn a sensual pole routine that will combine slow and 

                                                      seductive floor work with graceful ground pole moves.

 

                                                      Suitable for all levels. Bring heels and knee pads.

 

12:00 - 1:30pm          Exotic Flow 

                                                      You will learn unique and seamless transitions in a choreographed routine that will

                                                       focus on fluidity and exotic movements around the pole.

        

                                                       Knee pads and heels required

 

2:00 - 3:30pm           Spinning Tricks and Transitions 

                                                      Learn Yungie’s favourite pole tricks and transitions. She will break down the moves

                                                      into their most important steps and give you both the advanced and easier versions

                                                      of the tricks.

                                                      Suitable for high intermediate and above (Leg hangs, shoulder mount, aerial inversion)

4:00 - 5:30pm           Sensual Pole Choreo or Exotic Flow*
